We're speading our support for Pride into July, where the Pret Foundation will be donating 10p from each sale of Pret’s lovely Love Bars to our LGBTQ+ partner charity; akt.

Helping to create safe homes and better futures for LGBTQIA+ young people experiencing homelessness or hostile living environments, akt’s work is essential for protecting and guiding young people in London, helping 16-25 year olds to stay safe in crisis, through advice, access to safe spaces, and connecting young people with mentors who care.
In support of Pride, the Pret Foundation has donated the fundraising terminals in our shops to help drive donations for such an important cause.
Where you belong.
We want everyone to feel safe in the space they work, to find a place where they really belong, whether that’s in our shops or in our support centre, we welcome everyone. That’s why we started our Diversity Equity and Belonging (DEB) Forums in 2022, employee voice strengthening our DEB plans, and Pret Belonging Groups in May 2023, a range of employee groups that enable people to listen, celebrate and strengthen various communities.
Each group focusses on different employee cultures - from LGBTQIA+, to body and mind, with parents, carers, women in the workplace and multi-cultures in between. You don’t have to identify with a group to join, everyone’s welcome, all together.
